I have successfully used the Quit Smoking Today program which teaches you how to quit smoking naturally without any chemicals.

I found the program easy to follow and I completed it with very little stress. The best part is I didn’t put on any weight. I was shocked by this. I never dreamed that I could quit smoking without gaining weight. I had tried and failed to stop smoking using various other methods and I was always so stressed out that I could barely function. I also had a huge problem gaining weight - I just couldn’t stop eating.
